1.0 - DISPATCH TIME
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
1.1 - SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
UK Shipping: All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2 business days. Expedited shipping is available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
International Shipping: All parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked.
1.2 - SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and weight of items purchased. You can review shipping costs at checkout.
1.3 - ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment online.
1.4 - ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. SO&A cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been dispatched.
1.5 - SHIPPING DELAYS
SFO strive to dispatch orders within the specified time frame. However, unexpected delays such as high order volumes, weather conditions, national holidays or postal service interruptions may occur. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
1.6 - ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure its accuracy. SFO are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
1.7 - LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please provide us with your order details and any relevant information to assist in the process.
1.8 - CUSTOMS
If your parcel incurs any custom duties when being shipped internationally, this is the responsibility of the buyer to pay said charges. These charges will not be displayed in the checkout, where they are due the courier will let you know usually by email and payment is usual dealt with through them.
